An excellent all-round site with a wealth of information on anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, and maintaining general wellbeing, as well as downloadable fact sheets, and inspiring real-life stories.

Another great resource offering information on a wide range of common mental health issues, treatment options and medication. It also has useful tips for improving and maintaining everyday wellbeing.

Black Dog Institute (Visit Website)
A website with research and general information on anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Suicide. The site also has downloadable apps and tools, fact sheets, and personal stories.

​UK Trauma Council (Visit Website)
An extremely helpful website for those living with trauma. It explains what trauma is and how it affects a person's mind and body, as well as offering useful research and psycho-educational videos.
